Is Shipping Free?

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE OVER over a fixed minimum order amount.

 

What are the Payment methods available?

Our all payments are handled by PayPal which are 100 percent safe and secure. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

 

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!



When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive to you. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimated.



How do I know when my order is shipped? And how do I track it?

We will send you an e-mail confirming that your order is shipped with estimated order arrival date. Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.



What happens if my address is incorrect?

We have put a special reminder at checkout to help customers stop and make sure they are entering their information correctly, given the issues it causes.  Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

I e-mailed your customer service team. When should I expect a respond?

We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during and immediately after launches.

 
Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. 

 
What if my item is damaged or defective?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements/offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer must include photos of the damaged product.

 
What if my item is missing?

In the unlikely event that a package arrives and a product from your order is missing, we will only send replacements for the missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. 

 
I am an international customer, do I have to pay customs and taxes?  

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Design Ly Store. 

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at design.ly.the.store@gmail.com with your inquiry. 

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 

No, but by setting up an account you will have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

 
Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.



My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."


Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com


I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, go to https://design-ly.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” below the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: https://design-ly.com/account/login
